Do you offer returns?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, LV Trunks is happy to refund you the full purchase price, less packaging and shipping, upon return of the trunk in the same, documented condition as when sold (our pictures).   Upon returning the purchase, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover insurance, shipping costs, professional packaging costs, as well as any customs and duty fees in the case of international shipment.  LV Trunks MUST receive back the trunk from buyer within 10 calendar days of the buyer initially receiving the trunk (per the tracking information from Shipper) to be eligible for a refund of payment.  No refunds after 10 calendar days of receipt.  


Do you offer a guarantee? 

All trunks are honestly represented to the full extent of our knowledge.  We stand by our portrayal of each and every trunk we offer and sell.  We guarantee authenticity or your money back, at any point, upon the return of the trunk to us in the same condition as when sold.  Pictures accurately depict trunk condition and appearance; all images are 100% unaltered.

Do you buy trunks? 

LV Trunks is looking for Louis Vuitton, Goyard, and Hermes trunks in very good to excellent condition to purchase.  If your trunk meets the aforementioned brands and conditions, and you wish to sell, please contact Lindsey.

It would be our pleasure to assist you with your search for a specific trunk.

As specialists and collectors, ourselves, we are passionate about sharing our knowledge and facilitating a very satisfactory and transparent acquisition experience for our customers.  Our inventory is largely comprised of excellent condition items from the 19th &  20th centuries, as well as rare models--two distinguishing factors which set us apart from the competition.  We have sold many fine trunks—over 50—and have never had one unsatisfied customer or a trunk returned. 

What does Domestic Shipping cost? 

We offer a flat fee of $200 for domestic shipping (48 contiguous United States), including professional packaging.  We insure the trunk for you.  Domestic shipments arrive within approximately 7 business days of purchase.  We ship upon your full payment.  We provide you with a tracking number, once your package is shipped.  If distance permits, it would be our pleasure to personally deliver your trunk, thus avoiding shipment.  

What does International Shipping cost?

We will gladly ship anywhere in the world allowed by FexEx or UPS carriers.  We will provide you with a detailed shipping quote upfront.  You will approve the quote and pay for both the shipment and trunk, prior to actual shipment. 

What is the best way to pay? 

Bank wire is the preferred method of payment.  Contact us for our Bank Wire information.  We also accept American Express credit cards.
